Schaufler Academy
Trainings and seminars
Since the start of 2016, the SCHAUFLER Academy in Rottenburg, near Stuttgart (Germany), has been offering targeted training in refrigeration and air-conditioning applications. The international training centre is open to all interested parties. Using modern systems, the field-tested application engineers explain to participants about the challenges of new refrigerants, intelligent electronics, and new efficiency and environmental regulations in theory and practice.
Original Spare Parts
The highest quality to the smallest detail – this is the BITZER standard. Only BITZER original spare parts ensure that systems work reliably and efficiently. Regardless if mechanical or electrical, BITZER original spare parts are checked several times, are optimally tuned to the intended applications and are always available in global logistics centres. In addition, the spare parts for discontinued models are available for at least ten years.
Aftersales and repairs
Unique and globally present – the Green Point service and maintenance network from BITZER. Founded in 2006, there are more than 50 Green Point locations around the world today lending their support to customers on site for all questions. The trained employees maintain, overhaul and repair BITZER compressors and those of other manufacturers. A further service is the free-of-charge spare parts software EPARTS. You cannot find the appropriate spare parts more quickly or easily.
Warranty management
For specific products, BITZER offers extension packages beyond the legally required warranty for an overall warranty of up to five years. In addition, the following applies when purchasing any IQ product: BITZER extends the legal warranty by one year free of charge. Details regarding the respective warranty conditions and the simple activation process can be found in the current price list.
