On March 18, 2026, BITZER Refrigeration Technology (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BITZER China") and Xinlei Compressor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XINLEI") collaborated to jointly establish a new joint venture enterprise - BITZER Two Stages (Shanghai) Compressor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "New Company").

The New Company primarily focuses on the sales & service of BITZER-branded two-stage screw compressors within the Greater China region. This product line has been jointly optimized by BITZER China and XINLEI to meet the specific requirements of the domestic demands, and BITZER China has authorized XINLEI to produce it according to technical specifications and quality requirements.

The establishment of this New Company and the launch of these strategic products will provide the China-based market - specifically within low-temperature sectors such as blast-freezing and freeze-drying, as well as the high-temperature heat pump sectors - with superior energy-saving and low-carbon solutions, alongside more responsive pre-sales and after-sales services.
