BITZER is a large, forward-looking and reputable company that gives back to the community in many ways. It is a company that focuses on the big picture and promotes science, research, art and social projects with THE SCHAUFLER FOUNDATION. Thanks to exciting project management tasks, quick decision-making processes and the freedom to work independently in the international environment of the SCHAUFLER Academy, I enjoy coming to work every day.

Since 2017 I have been part of the BITZER team and I appreciate the fact that I am able to make a difference. Our innovative, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions make significant contributions to environmental protection. They make sure that we can leave behind a better world for our children.

I took the long way round to BITZER. I initially worked for one of the company’s customers and then suppliers before finally joining BITZER myself in 2011. Now I’m responsible for launching new product groups around the world. I’d switch to BITZER again any time.

What I like about working at BITZER is the varied responsibilities, the interesting challenges and the feeling that everyone’s working together here. Standing still is not even a concept here and continuous improvement is the order of the day. Even though it’s an international company, we all know each other here – that’s not very common in this day and age. And that’s something you notice straight away. For example, 100 people get together in a single room for our large international operations meeting and everyone’s rooting for BITZER.

I joined BITZER right out of university and was able to assume responsibilities straight away. From the very beginning, I was given a great deal of trust and lots of freedom to organise my work as I see fit – that’s a real benefit for me.
