AWA expands portfolio and consolidates sales through wholesale

Paving the way for the future, the long-standing Armaturenwerk Altenburg (AWA) company based in Thuringia has been expanding its portfolio to include refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump components and consolidating its sales through wholesale since 1 June 2026. In this way, the company is responding to growing market demands and further positioning itself as a reliable partner for high-quality system components.

The Armaturenwerk Altenburg (AWA) company is expanding its market presence and taking a more targeted approach to fulfilling customer requirements. A member of the BITZER Group since 2013, the company began offering an expanded product range on 1 June 2026, including ball valves, solenoid valves, expansion valves, filter driers and sight glasses. These products enable additional applications in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technology and optimally complement the existing range.
