With the Marine Service Network (MSN), BITZER provides ship operators with a service network comprising the BITZER Green Point service network and external service partners.

All BITZER Marine Service Network partners and their service technicians are highly experienced at servicing refrigeration and air conditioning systems and meet the strict quality standards of BITZER.

Services in all major ports

Service contracts are always awarded by you directly to the partner from the BITZER Marine Service Network – the service is not limited to BITZER products, however, but rather covers the entire refrigeration or air conditioning system. You can find service centres in all major ports.
