Meet our new CO2 compressor: CKHE7 for large industrial refrigeration systems for transcritical CO2 applications!
Just recently we presented this extension of the CKHE5 reciprocating compressor series at Chillventa 2020. Now, during the BITZER DAYS, we demonstrated its details to our invited audience in a live session.
This 8-cylinder CO2 compressor meets the trend for bigger capacities with displacement rates between 69.4 and 99.2 m3/h (50 Hz). It is equipped with various intelligent functions and a further-developed version of the mechanical capacity control VARISTEP.
WGC/SQD
Two absolute highlights that we recently presented you at Chillventa 2020 – our new WGC shell and tube gas coolers and the powerful SQD shell and tube evaporators:
The BITZER WGC is a new family of liquid-cooled heat exchangers with several sizes and lengths which can typically be used in commercial and light industrial refrigeration. This heat exchanger concept can be used as a gas cooler, a heat recovery exchanger or a condenser – all in transcritical CO₂ applications.
Thanks to its unique square design combined with the exclusive patented refrigerant distributor the SQD series belongs to the most efficient dry-expansion evaporators available on the market. BITZER SQD is highly flexible with regards to both refrigerants and configuration. Operation is approved for all common refrigerants, as well as for low-GWP refrigerants such as HFC/HFO blends and HFOs.
ECOLITE
Let’s start round number two – with ECOLITE 2.0! The new condensing units of the ECOLITE series are now available for you, with important new features such as improvements to the controller and approval for use with the A2L refrigerants R1234ze/yf, R455A and R454C.
One of their new functions is the oil return feature, which ensures reliable and efficient operation. ECOLITE condensing units open up a wide range of applications from 1.5 kW to 5 kW in the freezing range and from 3.5 kW to 16 kW in the normal refrigeration range.
One fits all: one of their great advantages is that you can use each of the seven models for various refrigerants and different applications in all climate zones – for example in cold stores, petrol stations and corner shops.
