All work done on the products and the systems in which they are or will be installed may only be performed by qualified and authorised staff who have been trained and instructed in all work. The qualification and expert knowledge of the qualified staff must correspond to the local regulations and guidelines.
Demount plug at upper valve for FI cooling
- Spanner SW 14
Wrap sealing tape around barrel nipple
- Sealing tape
Screw in barrel nipple with sealing tape
Mount barrel nipple
- Socket spanner SW 22
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 50 Nm
Open screwed cable gland
- Slotted screw driver
Mount screwed cable gland
- Spanner SW 25 or by hand
- Screw in hand-tight
Demount sealing screw at LI connection
- 10 mm hexagon socket screw spanner
Remove aluminium gasket ring at lower LI connection
Clean LI connection
- Rags and cloths if necessary, degreaser
Screw in new screwed nipple and aluminium gasket ring
- Socket spanner SW 30
Mount new screwed nipple and aluminium gasket ring
- Socket spanner SW 30
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 80 Nm
Insert new PTFE gasket ring into screwed nipple
Srew in LI line
Mount upper LI line
- panner SW 24, counterhold with SW 19 spanner
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 50 Nm
Mount lower LI line
- Spanner SW 30, counterhold with SW 19 spanner
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 85 Nm
Plug in electric connector of the device to coil

Mount coil
Guide cable through the screwed cable glad to FI
Connect cable to terminal CN4 of the extension board
- Slotted screwdriver
Mount terminal CN4 and protective earth conductor
- Slotted screwdriver
Final laying and securing of cables
- Cable ties
