Required tools and kit content
Personal protective equipment
When working on systems and their components: Wear protective work shoes, protective clothing and safety goggles. In addition, wear cold-protective gloves when working on the open refrigeration circuit and on components that may contain refrigerant.
Tools:
- Ratchet wrench
- 5 mm hexagon socket screw spanner + extension of at least 210 mm and 6 mm with ball head
- Torque spanner 1 ..7 Nm and
- Torque spanner up to 130 Nm
- Screwdriver (e.g. SL 0,8x4,0)
- Spanner SW 17, SW 19, SW 22, SW 30
- Socket spanner (for screwed nipple M22)
- Adjustable spanner (width across flats up to 40 mm)
- Voltage detector
- Permanent magnet, if necessary
- Tape and pen to mark cables and terminal strip, or cell phone to take photos
- Equipment for extracting the used refrigerant
- Vacuum pump
- Refrigeration compressor oil BSE170 oder BSE170L, depending on the system
- Cable ties
- Mobile device with BEST SOFTWARE
- Smartphone or tablet with QR code scanner
Additionally: BEST interface converter: Cable with RJ12 plug on both ends
