Install and connect OLC-D1-S
Authorized staff
All work done on the products and the systems in which they are or will be installed may only be performed by qualified and authorised staff who have been trained and instructed in all work. The qualification and competence of the qualified staff must correspond to the local regulations and guidelines.
WARNING
The compressor is under pressure!
Serious injuries are possible.
Depressurise the compressor!
Wear safety goggles!
DANGER
Life-threatening voltages inside the FI housing!
Contact can lead to serious injuries or death.
Never open the FI housing in operation!
Switch off the main switch and secure it against being switched on again.
Wait for at least 5 minutes until all capacitors have been discharged!
Before switching on again, close the FI housing.
Drain oil until level is below mounting position, store sealed and dispose properly!
Remove sight glass
- Ratchet wrench with socket, size 36
Clean threaded hole
- Rags and spirit
Moisten O-ring with spirit and insert
- Rags and spirit
Clean and screw in prism unit
- Clean cloth
During assembly the O-ring must not slip or be damaged!
Risk of leakage!
During assembly the O-ring must not slip or be damaged!
Screw in prism unit by hand very carefully and slowly.
Mount prism unit
- Ratchet wrench / Torque spanner with socket, size 36
- Tightening torque: 50 Nm
Screw in opto-electronic unit
- Screw in by hand, max. 10 Nm!
- Observe final mounting position!
Lay cable to the rear
Remove housing cover of frequency inverter
- 5 mm hexagon socket screw spanner + extension of at least 210 mm
Guide cable through hole in housing
Install screwed cable gland
- Screwdriver
- Screwed cable gland M20x1,5, not icluded in kit
Guide cable through Install screwed cable gland into FI
Secure cable in FI housing
Connect cable cores to extension board
- Screwdriver
- Terminal strip CN17, terminals 1-4, see also Schematic wiring diagrams
- Terminal 4 ￫ pink
- Terminal 3 ￫ blue
- Terminal 2 ￫ grey
- Terminal 1 ￫ brown
- After mounting check electrical cable connections for tightness!
Put cables in FI housing in final position
- Cable ties, if necessary
Attach housing cover of FI
- 5 mm hexagon socket screw spanner + extension of at least 210 mm
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 7 Nm
