Remove old pressure switches

De-energise the condensing unit and secure against being switched on again!

For work on the electrical and/or electronic system: Check mains phases L1, L2, L3 for absence of voltage!

Compressors or other components of the condensing units may be under pressure!

Depressurise all relevant components!

Wear safety goggles!

Unscrew and remove lateral housing plate

Remove cable ties at old low and high pressure switches

LHL3E

The LHL3E condensing units contain 2 cylinder compressors (2EES .. 2CES) instead of 4 cylinder compressors as shown in the video. The positions of the low and high pressure switches differ:

Connection for high pressure switch (HP)

3 (LP)

Connection for low pressure switch (LP)

 

Remove old low pressure switch

Remove old high pressure switch

Open cable duct

Remove plug X4 from terminal strip

Untie oil heater cables (brown and blue) from plug X4
