If subsequently mounting the prism unit of the oil monitoring:
Risk of refrigerant loss!
Check the thread.
Carefully screw the new component in and tighten it to the prescribed tightening torque.
Perform a tightness test before commissioning!
Remove screw and metal gasket from bearing cover
- Ratchet spanner with 10 mm hexagon socket
- Slotted screwdriver
Clean threaded hole
- Rags and cloths
Screw in and mount prism unit with new metal gasket
- Ratchet spanner with 24 mm socket
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 75 Nm
If subsequently mounting the prism unit of the oil monitoring:
Risk of refrigerant loss!
Check the thread.
Carefully screw the new component in and tighten it to the prescribed tightening torque.
Perform a tightness test before commissioning!
Mounting the opto-electronic unit
Risk of compressor failure!
Possible failure of the protection device due to penetrating moisture!
Ensure that the cable connection always faces down!
- Fasten the screw cap hand-tight
Connect cable cores to terminal strip CN4
- Slotted screwdriver
Terminal strip CN4, terminal 1: GREY: "Signal"
Terminal strip CN4, terminal 2: RED: "GND"
Terminal strip CN4, terminal 3: BLUE: "+24V Sup."
Terminal strip CN4, terminal 4: BROWN: "GND"
Close the cable glands at the end.
