General safety references
When working on the electrical and/or electronic system, please observe the following
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Before working on the terminal box, module housing and electrical lines: Switch off the main switch and secure it against being switched on again!
Close the terminal box and the module housing before switching on again!
Damage to the board due to improper handling.
Only touch the board at the plastic housing, never touch it from below.
Do not put the board down, take it directly out of the ESD bag and install it!
The compressor module may be damaged or fail!
Never apply any voltage to the terminals of CN1 to CN6, CN11, CN12 and CN23 to CN28 – not even for test purposes!
The voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2 of CN23 must not exceed 10 V!
The voltage applied to terminal 3 of CN1 must not exceed 24 V! Do no apply voltage to the other terminals!
Terminals from CN20 are located on extension boards.
Never apply voltage to the voltage outputs, not even for testing.
To be observed when performing work on the compressor
WARNING
The compressor is under pressure!
Serious injuries are possible.
Depressurise the compressor!
Wear safety goggles!
Attachments may be damaged!
Handle compressor, pre-assembled accessories, and cables with care.
- Only lift compressor by using the lifting eyes!
- Do not apply tension or pressure to protruding attachments.
- OLM-IQ-AS can protrude downwards. Support the compressor with feet when putting it down. Pay particular attention to this component!
