BEST Software
Customers have been benefiting from the free and proven BITZER Electronics Service Tool (BEST) since 2012. A major advantage of BEST is that users can operate all BITZER IQ devices with just one software. The intuitive user interface allows IQ solutions to be easily and safely parameterised and device profiles to be easily uploaded. With just a few clicks, users have a complete overview of the operating status of their BITZER products and can also view the history, including commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.

The BEST Software is also available for download as an app for iOS an Android. Via Bluetooth users can easily connect the App with the IQ module on the compressor.With newer screw compressors of the CSVH series, this even works directly, without an IQ module. With the BEST APP, users have all the relevant information at their fingertips and can keep an eye on the configuration of the IQ product, the monitoring of the operation and the overview of alarms and alarm help texts. The refrigeration and air conditioning specialist also provides all operating data via the myBITZER customer portal. Users can download the information from their IQ products, save it in the cloud and always have it at hand - on all end devices.
