The keyword is flexibility. There are opportunities to work from home. There is freedom under responsibility. No one is telling you when you should come or leave at the earliest. It is good work-life balance. There is good lunch: good, varied, healthy food.

I am very fond of my colleagues. My work is very comprehensive; I get to try a lot of different things. I get a lot of freedom to do things as I think they should be done, as long as I do my assignments on time. I am so lucky that I create technologies for the company, that is very exciting, that I get to work with new things all the time. There is also a lot of maintenance, but it is things I’ve created myself, so that is okay. I have the contact with SDU Sønderborg which I am really happy about. We help the university with study relevant work and projects for their students and that is something I am very passionate about. I like helping developing students and making them better engineers when they graduate.

There are a lot of exiting tasks, a lot of different tasks. I code, design and test. I have a lot of customer contact, where I speak with the customer and can give suggestions for solutions that could do the job better. I am very fond of my colleagues. The workhours are flexible; I have two boys who play football for SønderjyskE, so I drive a lot to Haderslev. For a period of time, I had an office in Haderslev where I was once a week.

I like the flat organisation structure; it is easy to get to your boss if there is a problem. I like the high focus on work-life balance. We have freedom to plan our working hours. I really like the professional pride; we pull together and try to make the best products that our customers benefit from. The passion catches on, so I think that is cool.

I like that I have a lot of different tasks. I think it is cool that we get a fairly large responsibility, and we have co-influence, I think that gives motivation. I think we have a good work environment. And there are some lovely colleagues.
