Generously sized filter dryers should be used to ensure a high degree of dehydration and to maintain the chemical stability of the circuit. Make sure to choose a suitable quality (molecular sieves with specially adapted pore sizes).

Mount a cleaning filter on the suction side, especially for systems with longer pipes, when brazing/welding without shielding gas or when dirt is to be expected in the pipes for other reasons!

Securely fasten each pipe.
Check the vibration behaviour during operation!
Do not start the compressor if it was flooded with oil due to faulty operation! It is absolutely necessary to empty it!
Internal components may be damaged.
Close shut-off valves, depressurize the compressor and drain oil via drain plug on the compressor.
The blanking plates are only designed to serve as a transport protection. They are not suitable as a separation between different system sections during the strength pressure test.
