HS.95, OS.95 .. 105, CS.105

These compressors are equipped with an automatic stepless capacity control (slider control). The compressor module CM-SW controls the 4 solenoid valves. If required and depending on the application limits (see BITZER SOFTWARE), certain part load operating points can also be specifically targeted by the connected control electronics.

During operation, numerous operating data of the compressor can be tracked using the best software, for example the operating point in the application limits diagram. These data are recorded and allow the system operation to be diagnosed. Four coloured LEDs indicate the operating condition of the compressor module.

A stepless control of nominally 25 .. 100% is possible.

The capacity steps given here are the nominal ones. The effective capacity steps depend on the operating conditions.

Start unloading

The compressor module positions the sliders at shut-off so that the compressor starts again unloaded. When operating with frequency inverter (see ST-420), the sliders are not unloaded completely. This allows the compressor to quickly reach operating conditions within the application limits, even at low speed.

Control with solenoid valves

The arrangement of the solenoid valves CR+, CR–, Vi+ and Vi– on the discharge flange can be found in the dimensional drawing of the respective compressor, e.g. in the BITZER SOFTWARE. For details on the automatic control by the CM-SW compressor module::
