Replacing the solenoid valve

Step 1: Remove solenoid coil with electric connector of the device from armature

Step 2: Remove solenoid valve

• Ratchet wrench with TX50 socket wrench

Step 3: Remove old gasket and spring

Schritt 4: Clean sealing face

• Cleaning agent and rags

Step 5: Position new gasket and spring

Step 6: Mount solenoid valve and cable bracket with new screws

• Ratchet wrench with TX50 socket wrench
• Torque spanner
• Tightening torque: 70 Nm

Schritt 7: Place solenoid coil onto armature and tighten with nut and washer

• Spanner SW 14
• Torque spanner
• Tightening torque: 5 Nm

After that:

• Check the function of the solenoid valves
• If the error persists, please contact BITZER. The cylinder head may have to be replaced.
