Dismounting the old frequency inverter (FI)
Content
- Unscrewing the cover of the frequency inverter
- Checking whether the phases L1, L2, L3 and the terminal strip X102 are de-energised
- Disconnect and remove the cables at the power and control connections
- Remove the 2 screwed cable glands 2 (M20)
- Unscrewing the frequency inverter from the compressor
- Remove the connector of the motor cable from the rear side of the FI
- Remove the 4 fixing bolts from the compressor
- Open the compressor terminal box
- Loosen the screwed cable gland (M20-M25) on the terminal box
- Unscrew all motor cables and the protective earth conductor in the terminal box
- Interim result - compressor without frequency inverter
