Protection functions and properties:
- Temperature monitoring
- The device locks out immediately when the preset motor winding temperature, discharge gas temperature or oil temperature is exceeded.
- Monitoring of rotation direction, phase sequence and phase failure
- The rotation direction is monitored within the first 5 seconds after compressor start (operating recognition). If the compressor starts with the wrong rotation direction during this time span, the protection device locks out immediately.
- In the event of a phase failure between the 6th and the 10th second after compressor start, the device opens the relay contact immediately and closes it again after 6 minutes.
In case of 3 phase failures within 18 minutes or in case of 10 phase failures within 24 hours, the protection device locks out immediately. - Single phase failure and cable short-circuit monitoring
- Replaces the SE-E2.
- The previous models are fully exchangeable, with the same functionality and terminal assignment. Dimensions and their integration into the control are also identical.
- Suitable for operation with frequency inverter.
- Complies with EN/UL 60730.
