OSKA95 series
With the newly developed OSKA95 series, BITZER is extending its established series of open-drive screw compressors (OS) for use in industrial applications such as ammonia-based refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps. This series combines proven BITZER quality with high flexibility in use. Typical applications are MT and LT refrigerated distribution warehouses, shock freezers, process liquid chillers and for ice rinks. The IQ MODULE is contained on-board as standard and ensures that the compressor is comprehensively protected as well as allowing the compressor to communicate with a superior system controller – for example, via Modbus.
Owing to its compact design and the optionally available coupling housing, OSKA95 screw compressors are easy to integrate into new systems and for use in conversions of existing systems.
With six models covering the range from 535 to 1,015 m³/h at 2,900 rpm, with R717 the OSKA95 series offers a cooling capacity of approximately 200 to 400 kW for low temperature applications, and when operating as a heat pump it has a heating capacity of approximately 750 to 1,500 kW per compressor. The capacity range can be extended by operating compressors in parallel. Eco mode is possible as an option.
All of the models offer good security of investment, they are easy to commission and their integrated communications interfaces make servicing quick and easy.
