We offer you the opportunity to explore our internationally successful company as an intern or write your thesis here with us. During your time at our company, you get to know a variety of departments and gain interesting insights into our work as a leading manufacturer of refrigeration compressors. Making coffee is not one of them – we all make our own coffee ourselves. Instead, you take charge of exciting, small projects on your own from the very beginning, help us with daily operations or, with your thesis, make a valuable contribution to BITZER’s success. To ensure you have enough time to get to know us, work placements and our positions for writing a thesis are designed to take three to seven months. Are you still a pupil and interested in exploring BITZER’s finances, human resources, marketing, purchasing, IT, testing departments or training workshop? No problem! Our pupil work placements are unpaid and last one to two weeks.

- BOGY – vocational and studies guidance at Gymnasien
- BITZER also offers voluntary holiday work placements
