Bus
To make bus travel as pleasant as possible, BITZER offers a wide range of lightweight, compact compressors – for any type of bus. The products guarantee a pleasant temperature regardless of the temperature outside. Now passengers can relax and enjoy every journey.
ROADSTAR
The BITZER ROADSTAR range consists of the extended range of 2-cylinder compressors (see KP-544) and the optimised 4- and 6-cylinder compressors 4UFC(Y) to 4GFC(Y) and 6UFC(Y) to 6NFC(Y). They were designed for special requirements in vehicle applications and have overcome the challenges of all climatic zones and the conditions of mobile applications.
VSK series
The hermetic compact screws add to the screw compressor range in the lower capacity range. They are suitable for use in factory assembled air conditioning units, liquid chillers and especially for air conditioning in railway carriages. Thanks to the built-in oil reservoir and separation system, the compact design enables easy installation. With their thin design, low weight and smooth running over a wide range of speeds, the compressors meet the increasing requirements of confined roof and under-floor spaces.
ELH/ELA series
With the ELH series, BITZER has a horizontally oriented scroll compressor series for use in transport air conditioning. Thanks to their horizontal and compact designs, the compressors are best suited to compact air conditioning units in rail- and electric bus applications. The range includes models with a rated motor power ranging from 7.5 to 15 hp for the refrigerants R134a, R407C and R22.
ECOLINE transcritical
BITZER’s CO₂ compressors have also been setting benchmarks in transcritical CO₂ applications for many years. The series was revised to increase its efficiency once again, and optimise the suction gas flow control and the valve plates. The ECOLINE TE compressors also boast tailored motors for a wide range of applications with the natural refrigerant CO₂. But what hasn’t changed is one tried-and-tested characteristic: its high reliability makes the ECOLINE TE series a natural addition to BITZER’s selection of CO₂ compressors.
ECOLINE H series
The ECOLINE range is the creative advancement of the proven, robust and powerful semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors from BITZER. It combines high efficiency, smooth running, a wide range of applications, flexibility in refrigerant selection, solid design and high reliability. The ECOLINE range is available across our full range of services. It includes the full range of semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors and replaces its predecessors with the same connection sizes.
