The ECOLINE range is the creative advancement of the proven, robust and powerful semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors from BITZER. It combines high efficiency, smooth running, a wide range of applications, flexibility in refrigerant selection, solid design and high reliability. The ECOLINE range is available across our full range of services. It includes the full range of semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors and replaces its predecessors with the same connection sizes.

2nd generation

With the 2nd generation, BITZER has taken a decisive step forward: There is now a model range for chlorine-free HFC refrigerants and HFCKW. Thanks to their highly efficient and robust designs, the standard compressors meet all the criteria for operation with chlorinated and chlorine-free refrigerants.

K..B water cooled condensers

A wide range of materials is available, alongside a large selection of pressure vessel approvals. A desuperheater version is available.

CXPM water cooled condensers

When both reliability and high efficiency have to be ensured, CXPM condensers are the right choice for the capacity range up to 150 kW. In the standard or the high-pressure version, 15 models always enable operation within seawater velocity safety limits. A wide range of materials is available, alongside a large selection of pressure vessel approvals.

McDEW water cooled condensers

McDEW is the seawater-resistant-design condenser family for medium–high capacity applications (up to 1,680 kW). Low-fouling tubes, reduced seawater velocities and sacrificial anodes help to keep the traditional risks of seawater application under control. A wide range of materials is available, alongside a large selection of pressure vessel approvals.

DM evaporators

DM is a single-pass dry-expansion evaporator for commercial refrigeration and medium-temperature process-cooling applications with a wide rage of evaporation temperatures (from positive-temperature evaporation down to –40°C). DM is optimised for R134a and R407F refrigerants at medium pressures (21.5 bar) and is suitable for HFO and HC refrigerants. The capacity range is 100 to 800 kW. A wide range of materials is available, alongside a large selection of pressure vessel approvals.
