New BITZER software for spare parts

In addition to our renowned product's selection software, we present a new spare parts software which is another tool for easy handling of BITZER products. With this software you can quickly find the spare parts you are looking for in exploded view drawings and a list of parts.

User of BITZER products can get access to the general data base for spare parts free of charge by using the link "start eP@rts".

As a BITZER direct customer you can login with your customer number and your password to use the additional functions for online ordering. To register for this service please use the "myBITZER" page. After successful registration, the button "start eP@rts" will be activated and prices can be displayed. Access conditions: access to the internet and the Internet Explorer 5.5 with Microsoft Virtual Machine 5 (or higher) resp. Netscape 4.7 (or higher). The browser’s security settings must allow for JAVA applets, otherwise eP@rts cannot be started.
